Deep Tissue Massage
The objective of a deep tissue massage is to reach deeper layers of the fascia where the adhesions (knots) are. By working layer by layer, we are able to reduce stress and tension that has built up for long enough that it turns into an adhesion. In this treatment, we will begin with long, stretching myofascial strokes. When your muscles are loosened enough to get down to the deeper tissues, we are able to break up the knots. Expect a better range of motion and increased quality of work and life. No pain, no gain, through- manipulation of the tissues at this level often results in the possibility of tenderness or soreness. Since this is deep work, we suggest increasing your water intake before and after the appointment.

Dead Sea Mud Detoxifying Body Mask

90 minutes - $200

Pulls toxins from within the body and calms the skin and improves circulation. The mud will be painted on your skin and you will be wrapped in warm linens. While the mud is activated, you will receive a detoxifying facial mask with steam. Once the mud is dry, it will be removed with hot towels and collagen-boosting body butter will be applied.

Luxury Therapeutic soak And shower

Soaking in warm mineral water provides a healing effect to various body organs. Our detox bath uses a mix of Himalayan and Epsom salts that encourage the lymphatic system to drain which reduces inflammation and can enhance immunity.
